The Courses
PoCo Trail Courses
For those who love to bike on trails at a nice leisurely pace so they can enjoy the scenery along the PoCo Trail. A great way for a team to do something fun while supporting the hospital.
ROUTE: Scenic, mostly flat PoCo Trail on mostly packed gravel and dirt trail. When there is a need to cross traffic, follow the rules of the road and directions of volunteers.
OPTIONS: Decide on the day which distance is right for you.
15 km. there-and-back – From Town Center Park to Cedar/Victoria intersection
30 km. loop – From Town Center Park around PoCo Trail back to Town Center Park
40 km. loop – From Town Center Park around Minnekhada Loop & PoCo Trail back to Town Center Park
WHO: Beginner and Intermediate cyclists looking for an extra endurance challenge.
AVERAGE TIME: 45 mins – 2.5 hours
BIKE SUGGESTION: Any kind of bike. However, road bike or skinny tires not recommended.
FITNESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Fair level required with minimal training on a bike before event

Road Courses
This mostly flat but challenging and scenic ride will take you around the Tri-Cities and into Fort Langley. Perfect road ride for those who love to get out and pedal or as a training ride.
ROUTE: Nice, flat and incredibly scenic 100 km. this course takes you all the way to Fort Langley and back along rivers and farms. This course is on city roads with vehicle traffic. Roads are not shut down and cycles are not given right of way. You are expected to follow the rules of the road.
OPTIONS: Decide on the day which distance is right for you.
65 km. – From Town Center Park to Golden Ears Bridge (Langley side) and back to Town Center Park
100 km. – From Town Center Park to Fort Langley and back to Town Center Park
WHO: For the intermediate or experienced cyclist comfortable on the road.
AVERAGE TIME: 2.5 – 4.5 hours
BIKE SUGGESTION: Road bike recommended but not required
FITNESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Medium level required with some road bike training.
