Weekly Training Rides
Join us soon for a training ride! Whether your a beginner or pro, there’s a ride here for you. All rides are held every week beginning March 20th and may be subject to weather conditions. Call the numbers provided to check on details, but you will always need an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We also suggest a spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile!

Mondays

This is an Easy to Moderate paced and mainly flat ride.
Wednesdays
At 2 p.m. from Cap’s Westwood Cycle in Port Coquitlam, call 604-941-7822 to confirm.
This is a Moderate ride with hills.
Thursdays
Starting April 5th There will be a 1.5 hour tempo ride from Innovative Fitness in Port Moody. Consider this ride if you’re riding in the 100 km. Participants will need a road bike. Call 778.355.9800 to confirm.
Fridays

This is an Easy to Moderate paced ride including flats and hills.
Saturdays

This is a Ladies Only ride that is Easy to Moderate with varying terrain.
