10 km Course
This is a safe, family-friendly course. With affordable family registration rates, the entire gang can spend a day together outdoors having fun while supporting the hospital. All ages welcome.
ROUTE: On paved path around Town Centre Park, Coquitlam. Download W2H 10K Map.
WHO: Perfect for young children, families, beginner cyclists and those committing to get active.
START TIME: 11:30am
AVERAGE TIME: 45 minutes
BIKE SUGGESTION: Any type of bike or wheels welcome. Trail-a-bike, Chariot, recumbent, cruiser, and mountain bike friendly
FITNESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Any level welcome

40 km. Course
For those who love to bike on trails at a nice leisurely pace so they can enjoy the scenery along the PoCo Trail. A great way for a team to do something fun while supporting the hospital.
ROUTE: Scenic, mostly flat PoCo Trail on mostly packed gravel and dirt trail. When there is a need to cross traffic, follow the rules of the road and directions of volunteers. Download W2H 40K Map.
WHO: Intermediate cyclists or beginners looking for an extra endurance challenge.
START TIME: 10:30 am
AVERAGE TIME: 2.5 hours
BIKE SUGGESTION: Any kind of bike. However, road bike or skinny tires not recommended.
FITNESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Fair level required with minimal training on a bike before event

100 km. Course
New course for 2012! This mostly flat but challenging and scenic ride will take you around the Tri-Cities and into Fort Langley. Perfect road ride for those who love to get out and pedal or as a training ride.
ROUTE: Nice, flat and incredibly scenic 100 km. this course takes you all the way to Fort Langley and back along rivers and farms. This course is on city roads with vehicle traffic. Roads are not shut down and cycles are not given right of way. You are expected to follow the rules of the road.

BIKE SUGGESTION: Road bike recommended but not required
