Team Challenge “Wheels”

Similar to fundraising initiatives such as the “Tree of Life” at Shopper’s Drug Mart, here are W2H Wheels you can “sell” for donations towards your team goals.  Contact your team concierge to have some Wheels sent to you.

This is an easy program to implement:

• Choose how much you want to “sell” each wheel for – whether it is for a set amount or by donation.  Suggested minimum is $5.
• Have purchasers write their names on the wheels
• Put up the wheels in a prominent location – you could make a fun pattern like a wheel or a bicycle or just put them up however you feel.
• To help “sell” more wheels, put up a sign (link below) asking people to purchase wheels and what the donations are going towards.

Fundraising Ideas

There are a number of ways to ramp up your fundraising efforts and we want to help!

Many riders have reported tremendous success in hosting parties to raise money. BBQ’s, cocktail paries, and at home movie nights can all generate enough money to easily cover your costs and add significantly to your fundraising effort. Others have hosted parties at local pubs – with pub owners happily agreeing to share the revenue from one night of food and drinks with a fundraising effort.

Challenge Teams

Challenge other teams to ride the same course as you or to out-fundraise your team. A little competition never hurt anyone!
