Ride Number Pick-Up

Visit Cap’s Westwood Cycle in Port Moody on the following dates to drop off your collected pledges and to pick up your Wheel 2 Heal bib number and any incentive prizing you have won.

On-site registration is available.

All participants must submit an emergency medical form and waiver in order to receive their bib numbers. W2H Participant Medical Form and W2H Waiver so you can pre-fill them and bring them with you to Race Number Pick-Up or onsite Registration.

Others may pick up your bib numbers and drop off pledges for you, provided they have your filled medical form and waiver.

Times and Dates of Race Number Pick-Up at the Cap’s Westwood Cycle Port Moody store (3066 St Johns St, Port Moody):

April 29 & 30 from 4-8pm

Please note that there are no mandatory bike checks to participate in Wheel 2 Heal.  All participants are responsible for ensuring that their bikes are in good working order and their helmets are less than 5 years old as recommended by Health Canada.

 

Adults who raised their $250 donation to Eagle Ridge Hospital or Youth who have raised $85 will receive:

• A tax receipt for your the amount you paid in registration thus waiving your registration
• Swag bag full of great goodies and samples
• W2H shirt
• Spirit prize draw which includes bikes, equipment and gift cards for Adults who raise $250 or Youth who raise $85
• Complementary access to the food tent
