No additional sign-up is needed, the challenge hill is part of the regular road route at kilometer 89 and is almost 2km long. Just give it your all when you get to the hill (which will be marked).
The fastest rider on that portion of ride will be announced as King of the Hill at Celebration Plaza.
*Please note that this is not a closed course and that we are riding through local neighbourhoods, so please take extra care to watch out for other cyclists using the route, people walking, and cars pulling out of driveways.
Bike & Helmet Checks
Please note that there are no mandatory bike checks to participate in Wheel 2 Heal. All participants are responsible for ensuring that their bikes are in good working order and their helmets are less than 5 years old as recommended by Health Canada.
Parking
Parking can be found along Pinetree Way and within Town Centre Park. You will not be permitted to park in Lot E, where the Start/Finish is located. Please keep in mind that you must be extra cautious as there will be riders entering and exiting the parking lot area. Please adhere to instructions given by volunteers.
