Wheel 2 Heal offers something for everyone – avid cyclists, road warriors, trail riders, and kids of all ages. Even if you are new to riding and need to borrow a bike from a friend, come on out and enjoy the day!

- 100km Road Ride – Takes riders over 3 bridges! (For those that want a shorter road ride, there will be a shortcut to make the ride approx. 60km)
Start Location
All rides will start and end at Town Centre Park in Coquitlam so you can enjoy Celebration Plaza post ride!

15km & 40km Trail Rides
Choose between a 15km or 40km ride on the PoCo Trail. Great for all levels of rider, the scenic and fairly flat PoCo Trail is a mostly packed gravel and dirt trail. Great for all cycling levels and for families doing their first “ride”.

100km Road Ride – Coquitlam to Langley and Back!
This mostly flat ride, with a few inclines, takes riders over 3 bridges (Port Mann, Golden Ears, and Pitt River) and through multiple cities. It’s a great challenge for newbie riders, and senior riders will bask in the amazing views and awesome bridge access.
Road Ride Shortcut – 60km
Looking for a shorter road ride? We’ve planned a shortcut at the 25 km mark, cutting off almost 40 km of the road course. Simply sign up for the 100km Road Ride and take the shortcut on event day!
