Package Pick-up

Visit Cap’s Westwood Cycle on the following dates to drop off your collected pledges and to pick up your Wheel to Heal bib number and any incentive prizing you have won.

Onsite registration for $100 (includes a $60 tax receipt) is also available.

All participants must submit an emergency medical form in order to receive their bib numbers. W2H Participant Medical Form so you can pre-fill them and bring them with you to Package Pick-Up or onsite Registration.

Others may pick up your bib numbers and drop off pledges for you, provided they have your filled medical form.

Times and Dates of Package Pick-up at the Cap’s Westwood Cycle Port Coquitlam store:

Friday, May 4, 2012 – 3pm to 6pm

Saturday, May 5, 2012 – 10am-1pm
